Refund policy

 

If your Pick Me baked goods arrive a bit damaged but still look edible, we highly recommend smashing them up and serving with a little ice cream to avoid waste. We’ll still send you a replacement.

Please take some photos of the damaged goods with your phone and reach out to us by email at info@pickmeandotherdelights.com or call us at +44 (0)28 9269 2753.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your images and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
